Europe and CIS Climate Change Meeting of Practitioners (MOP 2015) Held in Istanbul

The practitioners in the area of environment and energy from Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) met in Istanbul from September 7^th to 9^th 2015 on the annual Meeting of Practitioners (MOP) in order to present their developments and share their experience.
